An 8-Week Live Online Workshop starting Friday, October 13
Do you live or work with children whose anxiety is overwhelming them? Who shy away from participating in new activities or taking on challenges because they are afraid to fail? Whose behavior can be confusing and difficult to handle? Do you worry about your kids choosing harmful coping mechanisms as they struggle with the stress of their lives?
This workshop features weekly live sessions on Fridays along with a self-paced online curriculum with educator, author, public speaker, and mom Jennifer Cohen Harper. You'll explore effective ways to prepare children for anxiety-producing situations, navigate stress, reduce overwhelm and reactivity, and harness their capacity for self-compassion. This content will be relevant for children up through the teen years, and you may just find some practical applications for navigating your own worries, as well.
Jennifer Cohen Harper, founder of Little Flower Yoga, is a mindfulness and yoga educator who brings embodied mindfulness programming to schools and community organizations nationwide. She is the author of the Thank You Children's Series: Books for Building Gratitude, Self-Compassion, and Personal Power.
She guides the lives sessions with activities, discussions, and interviews with other experts in the field. Participants also complete self-paced content and activities to address the most pressing topics affecting parents and children today. You’ll walk away with a new framework for relating to anxiety, along with concrete practices to help your children learn to access their inner resources, calm their anxiety, transform their relationship to stress, and thrive even when life is challenging.
All of the materials -- the many videos and the treasure trove of self-paced course materials -- are yours to use for a full year.
Register before midnight Friday, September 29, and save 25% on this heart-filled and compassionate course led by Jennifer Cohen Harper, an author, founder of Little Flower Yoga, and mother of two who has spent 17 years working with children.
