Digital photo packages are available with options to purchase prints. Reservations are strongly recommended as walk-ups are not guaranteed. Guests without a reservation may experience longer wait times or be asked to visit at a different time, especially in December.

- Saturday: 10am to 8pm (Santa break time: 2:45-3pm)
- Sunday: noon to 6pm (Santa break time: 2:30-3pm)

- Monday - Friday: 11am to 8pm (Santa break time: 3:45-4pm)
- Saturday: 10am to 9pm (Santa break time: 1-2pm & 5-6pm)
- Sunday: 11am to 6pm (Santa break time: 2:45-3pm)
