Wolf Performing Arts Center’s Summer Theatre Camp is the place to experience a summer filled with acting, singing, dancing, storytelling, script writing, musical theatre, and friendships. Wolf PAC is more than a camp; it is a community led by industry professionals for over 16 years. Campers from Kindergarten through 12th grade are immersed in theatre programs that focus on making connections, building creativity, and gaining confidence through a variety of performance opportunities.
Campers experience the magic of performing arts with peers in four unique options.
"CUBS" are our rising Kindergarten - 2nd grade campers. CUBS will build upon their musical theatre skills while working as an ensemble toward a final performance. Sessions will feature an original script inspired by beloved classic books, cultivating campers’ skills in acting, singing and dancing. When not rehearsing, these young actors will tap into their artistic sides to build props, set pieces, and costumes, rounding out a full day of theatre, creativity, and fun!
"PAC" are our rising 3rd - 8th grade campers. The PAC will learn the skills needed to perform in a full Broadway Junior musical, sharing the spotlight at the end of each two-week session. PAC campers will build upon their musical theatre skills while working as an ensemble toward a final performance.
"Summer Studio" are our rising 9th - 12th graders. Summer Studio campers are immersed in an advanced theatrical program spanning monologues, scene study, devised work and more! Performers will work together in rehearsals, scene analysis, character deep dive, storytelling, the audition process and more. Additionally, Summer Studio artists will work with younger campers to prepare and lead workshops, theatre games, and character activities.
"Counselor-in-Training" (CITs) is another option for rising 9th - 12th graders. Every summer we look forward to CITs to join us for a tuition-free, volunteer opportunity to grow and hone offstage skills as a leader and mentor to our younger campers. CITs will assist with all aspects of the camp day, including tending to camper needs and assisting with rehearsals for the final performance.
Wolf PAC’s Summer Theatre Camp is a unique program that encourages campers to connect with friends, experience the joy of performance, and build skills that reach into all aspects of their lives. Campers return summer after summer to experience the true feeling of ‘home’ that Wolf PAC is proud to offer!
