Teen Improv Comedy Camps

Philly Improv Theater is offering a fun-filled summer camp for any middle-schoolers or high-schoolers interested in Improvisational Theater. Our middle school courses focus on short-form improv, while the high school courses focus on long-form improv. There are options for total beginners as well as intermediate level students who have done improv previously. In all courses, students will develop impeccable skills in listening, agreement, and the golden rule of “Yes and..!" They'll gain confidence in creating comedy from scratch and learn life-long collaborative skills.
Introductory level students should sign up for week 1 (July 22-26), and Intermediate level students should sign up for week 2 (July 29-August 2). Students are welcome to sign up for both weeks, but an intermediate student needs to have taken an improv course at PHIT before signing up for the intermediate camp.
