Camp Kef, located at the Kaiserman JCC in Wynnewood, PA, offers a vibrant and well-rounded summer camp experience for children. The camp’s name, “Kef,” means “fun” in Hebrew, and it truly lives up to that promise.
Philosophy and Environment: Camp Kef is dedicated to creating a safe, nurturing, and fun environment where children can gain knowledge, develop skills, build self-esteem, and foster Jewish pride. The camp emphasizes the importance of making lasting friendships and unforgettable memories.
Programs and Activities: The camp features a variety of engaging activities tailored to different age groups. These include themed weeks with daily STEM-based innovation projects, sports, music, arts and crafts, and special programs. Some of the exciting weekly events include Swim, Bounce Houses, Shabbat, and Trips.
Community and Staff: The camp is powered by a dynamic staff and is committed to fostering a sense of community among campers. The staff includes native Hebrew speakers and Israeli emissaries who bring a rich cultural experience to the camp.
Although Camp Kef has its roots in Judaism, we are open to all! We love sharing culture with campers and counselors who have a variety of backgrounds. Overall, Camp Kef is a place where children can have fun, learn, and grow in a supportive and enriching environment. If you have any specific questions or need more details, feel free to ask!
