“The Comcast Holiday Spectacular”
The free, 15-minute show presented on “The Comcast Experience” video wall in the Comcast Center lobby features holiday singalongs, performances by the Philadelphia Ballet, and an enchanted sleigh ride around the world. A sensory-friendly experience produced in partnership with The Arc of the United States is offered daily in The Concourse at Comcast Center, and Audio Description (AD) is available through the Listen EVERYWHERE app. Holiday-themed shorts featuring characters from Shrek play on “The Comcast Experience” video wall throughout the day between shows.

- Hours: Nov. 27, 2025 – Jan. 1, 2026; Daily**, 10 a.m. – 8 p.m., at the top of every hour. Sensory-friendly shows daily at 2:30 p.m.
“DreamWorks Shrek’s Festive Flight” at The Universal Sphere™
To celebrate the holiday season, The Universal Sphere offers a free, cinematic experience featuring characters from DreamWorks Animation’s Shrek. For a second year, “DreamWorks Shrek’s Festive Flight” takes guests on a magical journey from Philadelphia to the North Pole, alongside Shrek, Donkey, Gingy, and friends. The journey concludes with a visit to the North Pole Bakery where guests are invited to decorate their own gingerbread cookies in an interactive digital experience.
From Steven Spielberg, DreamWorks Animation, Universal Destinations & Experiences, and Comcast Labs, The Universal Sphere presents inspiring content free in a public theater in the Comcast Technology Center upper lobby. The Universal Sphere is a designated Certified Autism Center™ and offers accessibility accommodations to welcome the widest possible audience.

Meet DreamWorks Animation’s Shrek
Following Thanksgiving, Shrek will visit campus for a photo opportunity and meet-and-greet with guests.

- Hours: Friday, Nov. 28 – Sunday, Nov. 30, 11:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Visits with Santa
Santa Claus is coming to the Comcast Center Campus. Guests can pose for free photos and bring their wish lists — the holiday magic continues throughout the month.
- Location: The Concourse at Comcast Center, 1701 John F. Kennedy Blvd.
- Hours: Dec. 12, 19, and 20, 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.; Extended hours Dec. 13, 11 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Holiday Fair
Visitors can shop for last-minute holiday gifts from local businesses in the Comcast Technology Center.

· Hours: Open Tuesday, Dec. 16 – Thursday, Dec. 18, 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
“Spread Cheer”
The community is invited to create holiday decorations and warm messages of hope at this pop-up workshop supporting local nonprofit MANNA, which provides medically tailored meals for people with serious illnesses. Holiday messages created throughout the season will be delivered with MANNA meals.

Unique Dining Experiences
The Comcast Center Campus offers expanded dining options for the holiday season. Highlights include:
- Select restaurants at The Concourse at Comcast Center will offer extended hours of operation, Pizzeria Salvy will be open on Saturdays, and Vernick Coffee Bar will be open daily.
- New offerings on campus opening soon include All Aboard Candy, Kenny’s Wok, Mac Mart, and Pagano’s Market.
- Plus, enjoy holiday-themed treats at a pop-up coffee and hot cocoa cart in the Comcast Center lobby, available Fridays through Sundays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Holiday Passport Activity
This activity encourages guests to visit holiday experiences across campus, collecting stamps along the way. Guests can present their completed passport at “Spread Cheer” to receive a Shrek-themed surprise.

Sensory-Friendly Room at the Comcast Center
Designed in partnership with The Arc of Philadelphia, this environment provides both quiet, calming activities and sensory stimulation to accommodate a wide range of sensory needs. Offering extended hours during the holiday season, the space is open to all and guests can ask a security ambassador for access. Learn more about accessibility at the Comcast Center Campus here.

Philly PHLASH® Downtown Loop
Guests can ride the Philly PHLASH, a convenient and affordable bus loop, to access the Comcast Center Campus and other top holiday destinations.
- Location: Comcast Center Campus PHLASH Stop, 18th St. and John F. Kennedy Blvd., Philadelphia
- Hours: Saturday and Sunday service, Nov. 29 – Dec. 28, 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
