Join Historic Philadelphia, Inc. in celebrating 20 years of Franklin Square as we raise funds in support of our beloved park.
For 20 years, Franklin Square has flourished thanks to the dedication of Historic Philadelphia, Inc. and the generosity of the donors and guests who return year after year to support it.

This evening honors the community that has helped preserve one of Philadelphia’s most beloved green spaces. Funds raised from An Evening in Franklin Square enable Historic Philadelphia, Inc. to support the operation and maintenance of Franklin Square’s historic 7.5 acres of treasured public green space.
- Your evening begins with cocktails and delicious cuisine by Cescaphe, the Parx Square Derby, along with a silent auction.
- As the sun sets, you and your guests will experience the first illumination of the 2026 Philadelphia Chinese Lantern Festival.
- The evening concludes with dessert, dancing, and choreographed fountain shows, with plenty of time to enjoy the beauty of the park and spectacular lanterns.
