The 2022 Philly Balloon and Music Festival is coming to Chester County PA on July 1-4. Promising the perfect event for aeronautical nuts or families looking for the perfect way to enjoy Chester County for a weekend, guests can enjoy the Philadelphia horizon bathed in a rainbow of colorful balloons. The festival promises a weekend of fun activities for the whole family as well as the opportunity to get to know the people and businesses that make Chester county so very special.
