Folkshul is partnering with Jewish Federation of Philadelphia and Partnership 2Gether to bring a Passover cooking class with an Israeli Chef to our community!

The class is designed for grades 6th through adults and will highlight North African, Tunisian and Iraqi dishes from residents of Netivot and Sdot Negev, Israel, which Jewish people of all ethnicities and backgrounds call their home!

We will make bantage (Tunisian paddies made from potatoes and mushrooms), stuffed grape leaves and Sephardic Haroset.

Come ready to share your family's Haroset recipe - we'll be collecting the links in the chat and making a Haroset from Around the World Cookbook for all attendees to receive after the class.
