Explore Fiber Arts from the perspective of the bugs, birds, and beasts that make, use, and eat fiber to better understand this creative medium and its wide range of art forms and materials. Students will explore this varied medium through creative play, thoughtful investigation, and experimentation to create their own original Fiber Friend and its hand-crafted habitat (Fiber Den) using introductory crafting techniques, tools and materials.
