Every camp day will include dance and drama sessions, outdoor activities, games and art projects. Along with learning technique, campers will work on developing discipline, confidence, social skills and musicality in this structured, fun-filled program. These camps are perfect for the kids who like dance and drama and want it all in one place. They focus on teaching basic technique and skills, with an emphasis on FUN. With a new theme every week, camp flies by with something new to do each day, including outdoor lunch breaks and even a trip to a local sprinkler park! Each week ends in a stress-free, informal showing.
Dates and Themes:
Greatest Showman: June 12-16
- A now iconic American classic - we'll relive some of the uplifting and imaginative ideas of P.T. Barnum. We'll act, dance and sing our way through some of its well known and loved songs! We will dream a million dreams and come alive - with this is me!
Around the World: June 19-23
- Get ready to soar around the world as we explore the customs of other cultures through music, dress, geography, foods, and of course dance!
A Royal Adventure: June 26-30
- Calling all royalty-in-training! We'll look through the eyes of legendary kids' fairytale royalty and follow their adventures with song and dance!
Disenchanted: July 10-14
- Enter the musical fantasy of Disney's Enchanted and its sequel Disenchanted. We'll explore the magical world featured in both films.
Time Travel: July 17-21
- Close your eyes and wake up to another time and space of dress, song, and dance! Maybe 1923 or even 3023!
Witches & Wizards: July 31 – August 4
- Enter the enchanting and magical worlds of your favorite witches and wizards. Dress up and dance to music inspired by their stories.
Avatar: August 7-11
- Become part of the epic and sweeping AVATAR phenomenon - both the original and The Way of Water. Music, scenes, and dance inspired from both blockbuster films!
Broadway Bound: August 14-18
- Let's get ready for our performances on the Broadway stage! Learn choreography and a special musical theater piece from a "kid friendly" hit Broadway musical past or present.
Villains & Heroes: August 21-25
- From Spiderman to Batman to The Descendants and every hero and villain in between - we'll dress up, sing and dance and portray our favorites - whether they be good, evil, or some of both!
