In this class all about musical theatre, students will learn what it takes to polish all three disciplines of Broadway. The group will work together as an ensemble as well as individuals to contribute to a final, polished piece. This is a theatre class.

With a focus on singing and movement, students will sharpen their musical theatre skills as they work together to build an ensemble. The class will feature songs from hit Broadway shows, offering students the chance to sing their hearts out and keep their bodies moving! This is a theatre class.

Coffeeshop Cabaret: Scenes and Songs develops student’s repertoire by focusing on pieces that showcase both their musical and acting talents. Through one-on-one coaching and small group work, students learn practices for singing and how to fully engage as a character in song and scene work. They’ll dive into script analysis, character building, and improvisation. The class will culminate in a Coffeehouse style performance of monologues, solo and group songs, and scenes. Explore the ins and outs of performance through Pop-Up Stories! Students dig into character creation, improvisation, and storytelling to uncover their full acting potential. Each week these young performers will explore the skills needed to bring stories to life and on their feet for an audience. This is a theatre class

Working together as individuals and an ensemble, the group will unlock their triple threat potential through choreography, vocal exercises, and scene work. This class is for all students ready to take the stage and polish up their musical theatre skills. This is a theatre class.

Students dive deep into musical theatre techniques and work toward becoming a Triple Threat in this class focused on singing, dancing, and acting. Each week will focus on a different aspect of what it takes to be a well-rounded performer from digging into scene work to mastering choreography and vocal technique. The final pieces will combine all that students have learned through the spring session, showcasing their true triple threat skills. This is a theatre class.
