Frankie's World Foundation

Since 2006, children with medical needs have been thriving and achieving their personal potential at Frankie's World Medical Day Care Center. We are a Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care Center or PPECC, licensed by the Pennsylvania Health Department. We are centrally located in Philadelphia's Northern Liberties neighborhood, close to three major children's hospitals, and easily accessible by Philadelphia area families. Our center accepts most major health insurance providers which cover the cost of care.
