PTC’s board, staff, and leadership team worked tirelessly on a new strategic plan for the theatre that included a new mission and vision statement, a long-term financial plan, and an extensive revamp of our commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Belonging, all centered around our three “pillars”: world-class art, wonderful education programs for people of all ages, and mutually beneficial community engagement partnerships. We are proud to present our new mission and vision statements, along with our new commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Belonging.
