Tuft the World Education Studio is a place for makers! In addition to tufting classes, we offer a range of fiber art workshops for adults and youth. We are based in South Philadelphia's Bok building, surrounded by dozens of other makers, shops and creative events. Stop by and visit us, along with our neighbors!
Our upcoming workshops include: rug tufting, embroidery, crochet, screen printing, and summer fiber camps!
In our tufting workshops, we teach participants how to use power tufting machines to create a rug or wall hanging. Participants work on projects of their own design on a frame that can accommodate pieces 22 x 22 inches.
