Since 1980, Steve & Kate’s Camp has put kids in charge–allowing campers to choose from a variety of activities in real-time, including sewing, stop-motion animation, coding & gaming, sports & recreation, maker crafts, water play, baking, and more. As children are empowered to make their own choices at camp, they discover new reserves of confidence, resiliency, and creativity–learning to course correct and trust themselves as they go. Families can buy any number of days, to use at any time–no weekly reservations required. Or, buy a Summer Pass, which covers the whole season. This camp is designed for climbers to learn and practice all the foundational skills they need for climbing. Even if your climber has scaled our walls before, each day will bring new excitement and challenges. All campers will learn proper safety, how to use a harness and helmet, various knots, climbing technique and more. Climbers staying for a full day experience will have the added bonus of climbing advanced walls as well as try our indoor challenge course. This camp is available as half day or full day sessions. Open to ages 5 - 12.

Please take note of our new age group offerings and structure for our summer art camps!
We now have weekly offerings for campers ages 5-7 and ages 7-11, as well as camps for older children age 11 and up.
Each age group will have different projects, and activities will vary between the morning and afternoon sessions.
Campers can pair a morning and an afternoon session, plus a lunch period, to create a full day of fun without repeating any projects. ![]() |

ANC Performing Arts Camp is a theatrical experience for current 6th, 7th & 8th graders, culminating in a performance of "Madagascar, Jr." Our professional group of teachers lead campers through the process of blocking, vocal production, learning choreography, and character development as well as rehearsing and performing a show! The camp is held in the Mitchell Performing Arts Center located on the Academy of the New Church Secondary Schools campus and runs weekdays 9am-4pm, June 18-27, 2025, with performances on Saturday, June 28 at 11am & 1:30pm.
